is listed and showing the MLS logo. Without a Realtor sign, some Realtors
driving by may
shy away from showing it, not knowing if the
owner will cooperate. Also some buyers
will also feel more comfortable knowing
that a Realtor has the house listed.
The seller's phone number is listed on the
sign so calls go directly to the seller.
Either way it's your choice.
Make sure you check with your town about any possible sign regulations they may
have.
