If you are not satisfied with the services of Northern Star Realty for any reason or if you just change your mind and you do not have a contract for the sale of your property, Northern Star Realty will refer you to a full service real estate broker. Northern Star Realty will refund to you.... 100% of the listing fees you paid after your property sells and closes with the referred broker and upon receipt of the agreed on referral fee from the full service broker. Northern Star Realty would receive a referral fee from the full service broker to whom you are referred and any such referral fee will be disclosed to you in writing.
